Our drive is to listen and understand the inherent problems that each house poses for our client. Each of our team takes a considered approach to both the design and planning of each solution to ensure the best outcome.

Behind our small and thoughtful company, there’s a black book of further professions whose expertise we draw upon when needed; Project manager, Planning consultant, Interior designer, Landscape Designer, Architect, Structural Engineer, Ecological Consultant, Arboricultural Consultant; we draw together a select team that best serves the unique requirements of each project.

Aleksa Glancy
Design Director

Aleksa’s ethos is that each individual project is a collaboration and her role is to design something that will be a reflection of the client and their desired lifestyle.

Watching her father at the drawing board and being educated in a creative environment has given Aleksa a passion for residential design.

She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Interior Architecture and went on to work in London across various professions that were all connected to the residential market and home improvements.  

In 2003 she became an Associate Director of Back to Front Exterior Design, and spent over ten years working on bespoke, high-end residential renovation and extension schemes. 

Her experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Contracting and Project Management has given her a deep understanding of design in the residential market and the ability to guide projects to a successful conclusion for all involved. She has also gained a wealth of excellent contacts and associates to recommend to clients.

Annie

Past life in quite a fast paced career, we are lucky enough to have coaxed her out of retirement to come and work in the office. Main responsibility keeping the workers calm and sofa warm. Ready to break free for a sprint at any moment, has been known to fall asleep on the job.
